Happy New Year - Resolutions Part 1

It's that time of the year again when we start making all our resolutions. The definition of Resolution according to Merriam-Webster is:

The act or process of resolving as
a: the act of analyzing a complex notion into simpler ones
b: the act of answering

The reality is that "resolution" means: Saying we are going to do things that we have been putting off for some time.

Let's make a big change this year! Starting today, and at this very minute you will take the next steps:

To Do List:

  1. Get a calendar. (I'm sure you have one lying around somewhere.)
  2. Write down those things (i.e. exercise, make business phone calls, file papers, get tax paperwork ready, etc.) that need to get done this week on each day.
  3. Begin doing them.
  4. Cross them off.

It really is that easy. Trust me, I do it all the time, and when I don't I start feeling frustrated. It is very simple and you can accomplish it also.

Check back with me for more tips as this year goes by. Before you know it, we will be celebrating New Year's Eve in no time. The major difference will be that you will be a new person by the end of the year. You no longer will be putting things off; instead, you will be accomplishing everything on your list.
